Job Title: Pharmacy Assistant Reports to: Pharmacy Director Location: Kirkuk Road, Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region, Iraq -Responsibilities, Duties, and Accountabilities: ● Dispensing medication prescribed and over the counter to patients and hand over to pharmacists for clinical and accuracy check. ● Directing all questions relating to prescriptions, health matters, or medications to the pharmacist. ● Taking inventory of all medication and pharmaceutical supplies. ● Instructing patients on how and when to take their medication following consulting the pharmacist about it. ● Ensuring a clean and organized working environment. ● Processing sales transactions for medications and other pharmaceutical supplies. ● Ensure to follow pharmacy SOPs set in place for daily operations. ● Be an active part of the daily operations. ● Date check and pulling forward medication according to expiry date. ● Create and follow a productive and efficient culture within the pharmacy team. ● Develop an extensive focus around patient centered care among the pharmacy team. ● Restocking shelves with medications and other pharmaceutical supplies. ● Attending patients, customers, emails, phone calls and fax messages. ● Other tasks assigned by a responsible pharmacist and line manager. #All_Medical_Jobs
