Job Vacancy: Technical Area Service Supervisor – NEWAL & ZIO 📍 Location: Erbil, Iraq Coverage: Erbil, Zakho, Duhok, Sulaymaniyah, Mosul & Kirkuk Job Summary NEWAL & ZIO is looking for an experienced Technical Area Service Supervisor to manage service operations, support technicians, improve service performance, and ensure customer satisfaction across northern Iraq branches. Key Responsibilities - Supervise service centres and field technicians. - Plan schedules and manage workloads efficiently. - Support complex troubleshooting and technical issues. - Monitor service KPIs, quality, and productivity. - Handle escalated customer complaints. - Coordinate with spare parts and warehouse teams. - Conduct quality checks and train/evaluate technicians. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Field, or Business Administration (preferred). - Minimum 3 years of experience in technical service operations. - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader. - Strong knowledge of home appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, ACs, ovens, etc.). - Experience with CRM/service management systems. - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. - Valid driving licence.
