Job Vacancy: Senior Architect Company: Archcompound 📍 Location: Erbil Archcompound is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join its growing team. If you have strong technical expertise, site experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality architectural projects, we'd love to hear from you. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Architecture. - Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction. - Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD (2D). - Strong experience in Shop Drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQ). - Proven site supervision and contractor coordination experience. - Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and architectural standards. - Ability to coordinate with Structural, MEP, and Interior Design teams. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. - Fluent in English; Arabic and/or Kurdish is an advantage. Key Responsibilities - Prepare architectural and shop drawings. - Develop BOQs and technical documentation. - Coordinate with engineering disciplines. - Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues. - Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
