جۆری کار: Service Advisor شوێن: 8km Kirkuk Road, Erbil, Iraq ئەرکەکان: Inspect machines and document their condition before and after service. Create and manage job cards. Monitor job progress. Communicate with customers regarding service requirements, estimates, and approvals. Verify equipment warranty status and coordinate with warranty administrator. Ensure timely invoicing and job closure. Track and monitor mobile equipment, including TMS controllers. Follow up on scheduled maintenance. Check active fault codes and coordinate with technicians. Verify machine location, maintenance status, and overall health. Prepare and submit reports. مەرجەکان: Diploma Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related field. Prior experience in service advising, or equipment maintenance. Strong knowledge of heavy equipment/machinery and warranty processes. Proficiency in service management software (ERP, TMS, or similar). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
