Oversee programs, monitoring, and evaluation. Manage recruitment, staff development, and team performance. Supervise budgets, financial reporting, and operations. Build donor relationships and secure funding opportunities. Develop partnerships with NGOs, government authorities, and community organizations. Represent Free to Run locally, regionally, and internationally. مەرجەکان: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. At least 10 years of relevant professional experience. Minimum 3 years of senior leadership experience. Strong fundraising, donor engagement, and proposal development skills. Experience managing teams, budgets, and NGO operations.
