خاوەن کار: Faruk Medical City جۆری کار: Technical Services Supervisor شوێن: Erbil ئەرکەکان: - Coordinate departmental activities and prepare weekly performance reports. - Supervise subcontractors and monitor compliance with service quality standards. - Lead and motivate the Technical Services team and evaluate staff performance. - Ensure daily inspections and maintenance for electrical, mechanical, and building systems. - Monitor departmental quality indicators and coordinate improvement initiatives. - Contribute to hospital safety and operational efficiency. مەرجەکان: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. - 5+ years of technical experience in a healthcare facility. - Able to communicate in English, Kurdish and Arabic languages. - Strong knowledge of hospital technical operations, facility management, and healthcare engineering systems. - Familiarity with JCI accreditation standards. - Strong knowledge of electrical systems (LV/MV, UPS, ATS, etc.). - Experience with control panels, MCC boards, VFDs, SCADA, and BMS. - Ability to read electrical & Mechanical drawings. - Knowledge of water treatment, medical gas, and firefighting systems. - Experience with HVAC systems (chillers, VRV, AHUs, etc.). - Knowledge of heating systems (boilers, heat exchangers). - Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel). - Strong leadership and communication skills. پەیوەندی: [email protected]
