Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel's cleanliness and quality standards. Conduct guest room inspections. Handle guest requests and complaints professionally. Monitor room status and coordinate with Front Office. Report maintenance issues and lost and found items. Monitor housekeeping supplies. Evaluate staff performance and provide guidance. Train and mentor Housekeeping Attendants. مەرجەکان: Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory position within a luxury or five-star hotel.
