Conduct joint field visits and monitor team performance. Achieve sales targets and manage territory coverage. Build strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic clinics. Monitor competitors, market trends, and sales KPIs. مەرجەکان: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biochemistry, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience. Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or dermal fillers preferred. Strong knowledge of Erbil’s aesthetic clinic market. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
