خاوەن کار: United Refinery جۆری کار: Warehouse & Inventory Officer شوێن: Erbil ئەرکەکان: Create, maintain, and standardize Item Master Data in SAP Business One. Identify and classify industrial materials, spare parts, equipment, and consumables. Ensure accurate item naming, coding, specifications, and units of measurement. Identify and prevent duplicate item records. Process Goods Receipt PO (GRPO) and Goods Issue transactions. Verify received materials against Purchase Orders and delivery documents. Maintain accurate records of warehouse stock movements. Support inventory counts and investigate stock discrepancies. Coordinate with Procurement, Maintenance, and Finance departments. مەرجەکان: Strong knowledge of industrial materials, spare parts, and technical specifications. Good understanding of Item Master Data, item classification, and naming standards. Familiarity with warehouse receiving, issuing, and inventory control procedures. Ability to read and understand technical datasheets, import manifests, and manufacturer catalogs. Good Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
